Cannot reset password to reset user ID

I'm stuck in a loop after I provide my email address to reset my password, I keep on having to verify that I am not a robot over and over , and cannot get past that stage.

Hello @WBJWW,

I recommend waiting until the last e-mail arrives. Then closing all browsers tabs you have opened and restart the whole things from the start.
