    Once the overdue invoice that is linked to your TeamViewer account is paid, this message will disappear.

    How did I end up getting an unpaid invoice?

    I don't have an Invoice Number. Also when signing up for support I need to use a business email, and I only have a gmail address that is not allowed.

    So your answer does not solve my problem - how do I get passed this error?
