Remote Access licence activation problem

I have bought and acvtivated a Remote Access licence with my account. After activation is no license associated with the account. if I want to activate again, I will get a message that the license is activated with another account. I cannot use that licence.

    It seems that your license is already activated on a different TeamViewer account than yours: k.p****r@b****r-**.**
