Cannot access Android (Galaxy Tab A7) with Teamviewer QuickSupport from desktop app

Hi,

I cannot connect from my desktop teamviewer app to a remote android tablet with QuickSupport app installed. It forces me to enter a chinese mobile number for verification. I'm living in germany. Why I'm forced to enter a chinese mobile number? Why in my teamviewer account is a chinese session added?

There is something very strange happening.
