Invoice Paid but still showing to pay & downgraded to free account

Dear team,
Our TeamViewer license was expired as the bill was not paid, but yesterday we paid it and the amount got deducted successfully from the credit card, but till now the license is not active.
Please let us know how to contact the accounts team or anyone who can help us.
