At the moment it is very hard to find answers to simple questions, e.g. reassign a ticket to another customer ,....
Why are there no answers whatsoever from Teamviewer support in the forum? More and more it looks like a complete waste of money for Servicecamp. Documentation is either non-existent and if there is some documentation it was written by a three year old.
You've failed on this one Teamviewer. The product is a waste of time.
