impossible to unlock the screen

Hello, When the screen is unlocked I have good control of the mobile, but as soon as it goes to sleep, Teamviewer displays this screen:
And when I click on the PC interface, it wakes up the screen on the smartphone, but the display on the PC interface remains the same and therefore I do not see or I click to type my unlocking pin. How to do ?

The same is happening to me... I cannot unlock it, I tried all hotkeys and combinations :(:(:(

I made it work. You have to click on the middle of the screen and slide to up or down, the cellphone is gonna show to enter the pin code, now you type it with numbers o letters and then press enter, you have to do this without having access to real screen, so, you have to be like Shiryu from Saint Seiya in the Gemini house.
