Scan QR code on iOS device not visible

I'm trying to enable TFA on my iPhone 8 (iOS 14.4.2) and followed the steps shown below:

However, I'm not seeing the "Scan QR code" button on my iPhone as shown in Step 9. I don't see the button on my screen. I cannot physically scroll or zoom in any direction and tried reinstalling the app to no avail.

I updated to 14.5.1 but it still doesn't work.

I recommend updating your iPhone to the newest iOS version 14.5.1
