TeamViewer (TV) on my PC tells me it cannot connect to my laptop because the laptop does not have the latest matching software version: but it does. I have uninstalled TV on the laptop and reinstalled from scratch three times now. I have uninstalled and installed from scratch on the PC. The version numbers are the same on both machines. But I still get the same message.
Please can someone tell me how to fix this? It always used to work just fine.
