We use the tensor paid version of TV version 15.17.6, 30 accounts, and randomly some account just sign out. For my remote folks to connect again, I have to sign them back in - and that just takes clicking on the "sign in" icon, and placing the cursor in the password box (not even typing the password in) - any ideas?
