Problem with receiving nothifications from users (email [email protected])

Hi,

Does have anybody problem with domain @servicecamp.com ? From today morning my service camp don't report me about new issues from users. I don't see new tickets on platform.

    Hello @KrystianK2021,

    We have the confirmation of a current issue with Servicecamp instances.

    The only workaround you can use so far is to create tickets on behalf of the customer manually...

    We will update you here as soon as we have new relevant information.
