New Teamviewer Version Not Showing Entire Screen

I updated TeamViewer to the latest version. Now it doesn't show the entire screen. The TeamViewer app no longer takes the full width of my screen, and a small finder window takes a large percentage of the visible screen space. Previously everything was scaled down a bit, which I much preferred.

Is there a way to get the old default behaviour back?

I am running macOS Mohave on the target machine, Big Sur on the viewing machine, both Intel.

I have not made any changes to any settings regarding screen size on either machine. I am comparing the default behaviour between the old a new versions of TeamViewer. Sorry, I can't remember which version I was on before!
