License activation mail not received

I receive the mail saying:

Subject: [Correo externo]:Your TeamViewer Payment Confirmation – AccID xxxxxxx 

 Hi jose, 


Thank you for your payment. Your payment has been processed for invoice Rxxxxxxxxx . 


Stay connected, 



 But no receive the mail for activate the license, how I can get that. I have more than one month trying to get the activation.
