Authentication rejected connecting from ipad 15.17.1

Hi all of a sudden I cannot connect to any clients from my ipad. Can connect fine to them from pc. I get “authentication rejected” on the ipad. Looks like the app got updated a few days ago to 15.17.1. Have tried restarting ipad, signing out & back in to app, updating iOS now to 14.5.1 - nothing is helping. . .

    I also was able to connect to my desktop computers with my iPad, then it stopped. I tried to get my iPad reset (six times!). The email messages said it was reset, but it wasn't.
