It's possible to control a Xiaomi smartphone from another Android device or pc?

Te universal add-on doesn't work with Xiaomi.

I do It connecting and disconecting two or three times the universal add-on until the phone starts to control the Xiaomi smartphone.

Thank you for your comment but the question is not about operating system. The problem is that the add-on for xiaome devices is not developed and the universal one, doesn't work with this devices.

Yes, it is possible. If you use a Xiaomi A1,A2 that have Android One it works. I usually access a Xiaomi A2 that has quicksupport installed from a Xiaomi A1 with TeamViewer for personal use, to help a family member.
