I've received a letter from the debt collection company to pay my account that I deleted. Can you please explain what i should do now?
How do I cancel my subscription (given that I can't log in to create a ticket to cancel it)?

I've registered my account again and it has a free license now and I don't have access to the customer portal now.
And I can't log in to cancel the old subscription.
According to you:
The license does renew unless canceled prior via the support ticket, as stated on the bottom of the original invoice: https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/65605-subscription-renewal
However if a "customer" is not provided with means to log in to cancel that subscription ongoing then there's nothing to stop you trying to claim the same bill year after year after year.
