Commercial Use Reset has been unsuccesful and the website does not allow me to make a new request

I requested a commercial use reset about a week ago that was approved, and I received an email notifying me of the approval and that the reset has happened. However, when I go back to use Teamviewer now, it is still flagging me as using the application for commercial use. When I go back to the website to request another reset, it says that my original request is request is still pending review.

I was wondering if there is another step I would have to take - or contact someone at Teamviewer. Many thanks!

    Exact same problem with me. I just tried calling the 1 800 number, the recording tells me to visit this community for answers.

    Also, why does it take about a week to get a reset approved?
