Reboot kernel and lost Teamviewer connection

Hi,

I had to reboot my (ubuntu) kernel to release cuda memory. I was connecting to my machine through Teamviewer. However, now I lost my connection and I cannot connect to my machine. I do not have the IP address of my machine either. Would you please help me to reconnect to my machine? Thank you.
