Windows XP and Teamviewer

We have a grinding machine with windows XP installed an i think till 2017 or so the existing teamviewer os version from the grinding manufacturer worked but now it does no longer work. I tried to install the teamviewer version 13 and also version 10 but i received the error message : Runtime Error! from the Visual C++ Runtime lib

Can you please help me? Do i need a special teamviewer version 13 or something else?

You will find the compatible versions with Windows XP here:

https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/24141-which-operating-systems-are-supported

However, a valid and activated license is required to use previous versions.
