How do we cancel our current subscription plan and remove our credit card details?
Where is the support ticket? could you provide a guide or instructions? When i clicked on the link, it just leads me to the page broadly.

After checking, I could confirm that your invoice is on payment default.
This is why your account has been blocked and you are not able to submit a ticket.
The only solution would be to first pay the invoice. After the payment, you will be able to retrieve full access to your TeamViewer account.
