I did specifically log out - because to make this response I had to log-in again, but I still got the webpage lacking the CAPTCHA.

In addition to the inability to change my password, and therefore an inability to access the phone I need to help with, I have now repeatedly been 'timed out' of a session on a distant PC, and then blocked from reconnecting. There is something VERY wrong with my account or your system.

I still need help with changing my credentials so that I can provide ones that the remote phone will accept, but the thread seems to have gone dormant.

I have just tried again the method you have suggested repeatedly. It appeared to give the option of changing the password, but in the end simply logged me in - without ACTUALLY giving me the change option. So I have to categorise it as NOT WORKING.
