Host deployment via PDQ Deploy

Excuse my nooby question, but I struggle with deployment of TV Host. I have created the installer via Design and Deploy option and ticked allow assignment option and to automatically assign to group in my computers list. Created installer I used to deploy via PDQ on a company computer using only /S parameter. It was not added to my computers and it doesn't seem to have that effect. Only visuals were affected.
Could you please advise how I should correctly use Design and Deploy to easily automate deployment of TV on computers? I guess I should give some additional parameters or use given API token, but I found no information how and where to use it.
