Error when wanting to use camera and microphone: ideas how to fix?

Hi all,

I'm using TeamViewer to connect to a pc on which I'm doing Python work that I cannot do on my own device.

I've noticed that whenever I want to join an online meeting/call, the audio and video do not seem to work (i.e., cannot be allowed). For instance, I tried joining an online class on preply.com today and got the error below:

Is the program using the mic and camera TeamViewer? Any ideas how to fix the issue so that mic and camera can work?
