Free License usage questions

1. Currently from my Windows 10 desktop system in my home, I can access my sister's Windows 10 laptop when she needs help on her computer. I would also like to access my father-in-law's Windows 7 computer from my desktop. Can I do this as well with the free license? 

2. When I am away from home, I have an iPhone, an iPad Air, and a very slow Windows 10 laptop. I would like to to be able to access my home desktop system when I am on a trip sometimes. Can I do this with the free license?

3. Also I would also like to connect to my sister and father-in-law's systems when they need help and I am not at home. Can I still connect to them with my iPhone, iPad, or Windows 10 laptop with the free license?
