I recently purchase 1 x TeamViewer Remote Access (SRA3EP), when i get the license email follow the "Get me started" link to activate my license, after follow all screen and get below error.

The issue here is that your TeamViewer account is not validated yet.
Please find the account validation e-mail and make sure to validate your account.
Once this is done, you will be able to activate your license successfully.
