How do you get a report of the versions of TeamViewer on remote PCs?

With announcement of all version through v10 going End-Of-Life we need to start updating the versions on many of our remote PC's We have a long list of remote computers and it would be massively helpful to know which versions are running remotely so we don not have to log into each PC to check.

    Hello @HenneyB,

Currently, there is no integrated feature capable of reporting the TeamViewer client's versions.

Even by using our API, it would not work as the TeamViewer version is not an available parameter.

We thank you in advance for your understanding.

  • It would be so helpful to be able to check the TeamViewer unattended host version via the TV Management Console. Currently the only way I can see to do this to drill into the Device Properties for each Device. As a result of the recent TV security bulletin https://www.teamviewer.com/en-au/resources/trust-center/security-bulletins/tv-2024-1006/ I need to check that all devices (over 100) have been updated. Is there a more efficient way to do this rather than manually checking each device?
