How can I suppress these messages?
As we do not have a clear timeframe, I will just create a ticket for you.
Please check your email inbox for your support ticket.
You will just need to reply to the e-mail by writing your support request.
Apparently, the update possibilities are not available in your scenario.
In this case, a manuall uninstallation/installation of the desired version is required.
Thanks. The updating of my remote clients is going okay.
Excellent. Thank you.
Even if you use all your moves, you can request our customer support to reset your license moves.
You can do this once a year. 👍
There are differences in the minor updates. How do I get everyone on the same one without TV updating to the latest major version?
I don't see any update button. I do see Help, check for new version. There I get what is shown on this screenshot.
the screenshot doesn't seem to be attaching. The message is: The new major version 15.2.2756 of Teamviewer is available. Your version is 13.2.36224. Do you want to install the new version now?
OK, but can you assure me that is not going to use up one of my 10 "moves". I only have a couple left.
Cancel that - I think it'll be okay. I have to test some more.
I'm tried to do a reinstall on Windows Server 2012 but it is failing. I have uninstalled the old version. The TV folder with one dll still exists. (tv_x64.dll). The install window is unusual. When I accept (basic) the install proceeds but fails at the very end.
This installation bug would require more digging.
Please submit a ticket and attach the log files of the impacted device so our engineers can investigate.
OK. Thanks.
Tried to enter a support ticket and got bounced back here.
Hello @pmkdatabase,
You can disable these messages by updating your TeamViewer clients according to the license you have.
Please find more details here:
OK. I'll try tomorrow. thanks.
Same - can't enter a support ticket and calling is not convenient. Do you have a firm timeframe for fixing the ticketing problems or is there another way I can reach tech support?
I have version 13
Could it be that one of your clients you are connecting to are still on an old version?
When clicking on the Update button, the software will prompt you to choose two options:
If your clients are already in version 13, but in an old minor update, you will need to choose the first option.
I hope this could help!
Sorry - my bad. We currently have issues with ticket creation.
You can either wait for tomorrow once the issue will be fixed, or you can also call us directly:
