Provide clear messaging
When teamviewer thinks it has identified "commercial use" on a non commercial licence it sometimes posts "commercial use detected" which is fine but sometimes posts "timeout" after a few seconds of access which is well below fine.
The end user has no idea why the timeout occurs so can end up wasting time trying to find the answer resulting in poor customer satisfaction. The user forum is also cluttered with people asking why they are being timed out. All of this creates a big negative for teamviewer.
The subsequent messaging following a timeout message, which is presented when the user tries to reconnect, is inaccurate and misleading.
The application needs to give clear messaging to the user which allows them to understand the issue, and react appropriately.
