I have terminals in the field and when an agent attempts to remote into them, they will close randomly - often times after only 30s - 2m. While testing in lab settings that mimics what we have in the field, I have found that upon connecting and if kept idle, I am not disconnected after 1-2 hours of use.
Upon closing, reopening, opening multiple programs, sometimes on the first program opened - I get disconnected.
Over 85% of disconnects field this error reason:
Line 3363: 2021/06/03 09:15:34.456 5776 6284 S0 IProcessCommandHandler[39]::CmdEndSession(): Received CMD_ENDSESSION with reason: 3
The others (only 1 or 2 instances of each) includes Reason 1, 20, and 26.
Is anyone aware as to what reason code 3 is?
Also, quite frequent is:
