Can't update

When I click on the "update" button I am prompted to enter a username and password. I entered the same username & password as I do to log in here, but it just goes back to the login window.

It says "Basic realm - please enter your Applause platform credentials"

Where can I get these credentials, so I can update the software?

    It sounds like you need to verify your identity on your computer to prove that you are allowed to install software on your device.

    The message you get is not triggered by TeamViewer per se, but by your system. You do not need to use your TeamViewer credentials, but the system credentials. Do you work for "Applause"?
