I have installed Teamviewer onto a new Window Server 2019 Essentials installation I have created on an EXSi 6.0U3 Host VM but am having problems.
Whenever I log into the computer, the resolution is 950x440 and although I can control the computer, as soon as I open something that has a scroll bar and try to move the scroll bar using the mouse wheel or dragging the slider, the session freezes and then the connection drops.
I can remote desktop onto it with no problems but I need an external engineer to be able to install some software and he has the same problem and I cannot give him access via remote desktop.
Any suggestion would be gratefully received.
