TeamViewer Remote Control

Hello !

I'm using TeamViewer at home to manage the different machines that I have (two small PCs and one Mac).

When I try to connect to my computer using the TeamViewer app on my smartphone, there is a pop-up message asking if I wish to grant access "Remote Control" and I can't connect until I've accepted it. This is a problem since, from time to time, I need to access to the computer at home from my iPhone.

Do you know how to disable this pop-up, please ?

Remark : I do not get this blocking pop-up when I connect from another computer.

You might have the confirmation setting enabled.

Please make sure to have enabled full access on your computers:

1) You can verify this in the TeamViewer options under Extras → Options → Advanced → Advanced settings for connections to this computer as below:

2) Also, please verify if you have Full access on your local computer.
