I have just installed Teamviewer on my MacBook but doesn't give me my ID information ?

    Hi there,

    Can you test the following:

    • On what tab are you currently? Can you make sure to switch to the "Remote Control" tab?
    • Do you see the green light indicating that TeamViewer is ready to connect or do you see a red light?
