I have just installed Teamviewer on my MacBook but doesn't give me my ID information ?

Can you test the following:

On what tab are you currently? Can you make sure to switch to the "Remote Control" tab?
Do you see the green light indicating that TeamViewer is ready to connect or do you see a red light?
