Teamviewer does not recognize my commercial account and kicks me out.

I have one laptop unless that one is on the fritz that I use for training others using teamviewer. It can not authorize me and keeps saying I am a free user! I paid for a year in November and it keeps kicking me out of my connections.It is Sunday so cant get anyone on the phone.
