TeamViewer QuickSupport unable to switch Windows Users
I have been able to switch users in the past using Quick Support, but I was unable to this morning. When going to switch users, I am prompted with "cannot capture screen.." When I would get this error before, I had to uninstall the pre-existing TeamViewer Host on the clients machine, and then Quick Support enabled me to switch users. This client did not have TeamViewer already installed, but I was unable to switch users. Any help would be appreciated.
