    Hello @BlueHorse,

    Are you trying to upgrade your Business license to a higher version?

    If yes, I recommend contacting our sales team directly.

    Hello,


    I had the same error message in the log file today.

    But it was a Windows authorization problem. This could be solved by starting TeamViewer as administrator. The update was then found and downloaded. It just didn't start automatically. After manually installing the update file, it worked.
