Teamviewer doesn't work after install macOS BigSur, Version 11.4

After I made the update to BigSur and updated Teamviewer to latest Version 15.19.4 each time I try to start the programme appears

TeamViewer versucht, ein neues Hilfsprogramm zu installieren. Gib dein Passwort ein, um dies zu erlauben verbunden mit dem Button "Hilfsprogramm installieren". Nach Eingabe des Systempassworts passiert jedoch nichts und Teamviewer lässt sich nicht starten. Woran könnte das liegen?

TeamViewer is trying to install a new utility. Enter your password to allow this associated with the button "Install utility". However, after entering the system password, nothing happens and TeamViewer cannot be started. What could be the reason for this?


  • I have the same problem on two mac even with BigSur as well with Monterey.

    With Windows 10 64bit no problem

    Any idea?
