Issue with 3Ds Max

Hi Community,

I am having issues with one of our team members connecting over TeamViewer and working on 3Ds max. The program will often not respond or a white screen will show instead of the 3D model. Has anyone experienced this and know of a fix?

I have tried all the display (view) options, updated TeamViewer, updated device drivers & windows updates.

In this case, please check the below:

Please make sure the screen is plugged in at the remote side.
Please try hardware acceleration on and off.
Please try "Ignore Alpha Blending" on and off.
