Ever since Quick Support started using letters in the passwords, we started seeing increase in our connection time because customers have a hard time saying letters over the phone. Bad phone connections make things even worse.

I would like to see an option to randomly generate a numbers only password like it used to be.

It's way faster to understand numbers over letters.
