Logging out

I have 2 issues with my TeamViewer:
- It keeps logging me out (using mac) and logging in is a pain, even though my internet is great...
- I have to try to connect to a device multiple time in order to get in as i keep getting connection failed.
any Ideas why is this happening to me?

Hello @TeamViewer_on_POS1,
I recommend reinstalling TeamViewer on both devices.
It often resolves these "unexplainable" bugs.

i have 10 machines...uninstalling and re-installing does not fix the issue. Version 15.52.3 here.
