The issue is that 2 team members have to be fired, and they say they can still get into the computers, from remote, with teamviewer, using a customized ID and Password... is that true? If so, how can they be deleted from the remote management?
Yes, if unattended access is set up in the user's corporate account, the user can connect to these devices.
If you want to prevent these users from connecting to your machines via their corporate TeamViewer account, you need to delete their account in the User Management (in the MCO).
