Logged in, but cannot select a remote computer

Connect button is greyed out, and cannot select any of my remote computers. This has happened all of a sudden and I'm lost about what to do.

    You need to provide more information, a screenshot of the issue occurring would be a good start. Is it a new install, seems like it isn't by your statement, but wanted to make sure.

    The Connect button is greyed out, and I cannot change the remote computer. The one displayed is the last one I had a connection with.

  • I get the following message when clicking the download option. I choose to update and it seems to download according to a progress bar, then says TV will now close and install the update, but nothing happens.


  • My version remains the same, 15.9.3

    Hi Dave,

    can you try to manually download and install TeamViewer 15.19.5 from the TeamViewer website?

    Try removing the program completely and running a registry cleaner after reboot before installing the program again in the latest version, it would appear as if something broke on the install process, but that is an educated guess, not to mention that I'm not a TV representative, just a community member trying to help
