My annual subscription was renewed automatically and charged to my credit card, but I never received an invoice. I need the invoice to submit to my accounting department. When I try to contact support to request an invoice, the support link just brings me to a forum page touting the "New and Improved Support Structure." It says if I want to submit a ticket I have to activate my account. It's been activated for years, but fine, I'll try that. So I follow the instructions to activate but get an error message saying my license is invalid!
What's going on? I just want a copy of my invoice!
