Yesterday you sent me an invoice, the ones I attached.
I want to change the name of the company, the VAT number etc..
I tried to oepn a ticket from your system, but it seems that your have an issue.
Every time I try to login in and submit a ticket, it redirects me to another page. Thus I can't submit the ticket.
Also, I am located in Greece, and in your website you have the following number to call from 08:30 am . I called this number, but it's actually says to visit the teamviewer.com
I feel I have a very bad UX regarding your support service. Can you please help me to fix my Billing information with the following updated content?
Then, I can proceed to the payment of the new invoice with the new data.
