Update TV from v10 to v11 remotely

Hi,

I have a lifetime license with version 11 and I need to update some remote stations with host version 10 before september.

If I proceed from "Action -> Update" the client is updated to version 15 of which I have no license.

I would like to remotely update all teamviewer versions now at v10 to v11

How can I proceed?

Hello @MaxBeta,

Updating from v10 to v11 is not possible via the interface.

If you have only a few devices to update, we recommend manually uninstalling the v10 and installing the v11.

If you have many devices, we recommend processing a bulk uninstallation of TeamViewer v10 and deploying TeamViewer v11 via .msi:
