Yes. I cleared cookies on chrome, edge, and firefox. And I get the same error. In safari (using mac osx 11) if the captcha appears, but does not enter the site. I return to the same screen (I authorize the devices from the mail that reaches that same account). I need to login to renew the subscription. Thanks.

I had another user talking about this earlier and checked with our R& D team:
🐞 It is a known issue, and they are working on it
After the first email and password typing, you get the error about the captcha missing, but so it should appear with the second try. Did you accept the cookies on the page?
Can you give it a try in an incognito browser and accepting the cookies?
