User used company email to create account, then lost 2FA access
I have a user who used her company email address to set up a TeamViewer account but never registered with the Company...until the app told her to stop using a personal version of TeamViewer. In the meantime, she also lost her 2FA information and so is unable to log in via the browser to join the company. I can't add her from the admin interface, it seems, because it says that her email is already in use.
Is there any way to either delete this account entirely? How can I get this user onto our license without creating a new email address for her?
