TeamViewer would not work..

When Window update happen and I reset the PC,,

TeamViewer would not work.. showing the message

"Please check your internet connection. Most likely you use a proxy server

and you have to enter the proper information in the option dialog"...

When I recover the window to the old,, it is working..

With no recovery,, is there any way to resolve this problem?

    Hello @kcsohj1,

    I recommend restarting the TeamViewer service on your computer.

    If this does not solve the issue, you will need to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote computer as well.
