Authentication Rejected Issue.

I have Apple iMac and the team viewer ID is **Do Not Post TeamViewer IDs** My family member can't access it. She is getting an "Authentication Rejected" error. It has been happening for a long time but sometimes it gives access. Please check and let me know how can I permanently fix this issue?

I recommend connecting via Easy Access:

This would be the easiest fix.
